WP 9: JRP Management and Coordination

The JRP-Coordinator is the permanent reference point for the project for both the JRP-Partners and EURAMET e.V.

An interim review meeting will be held every six months and will be attended by at least all work package leaders or their representatives, and the PE (all JRP-Participants will be invited to these meetings). This will include the kick-off meeting to be held at the very beginning of the JRP. These meetings will discuss the overview of progress and expected progress of all the work packages and any other managerial matters. An overview of the individual JRP-Partner’s finances will be created and reviewed. The JRP-Partners will be consulted on major decisions to be made by the consortia and be able to formally request particular actions to be taken, which the consortia must respond to. Interim reporting will be provided to EURAMET at 6, 12, 24 and 30 months, based on information provided by all JRP-Partners.

A review meeting will be held 18 months and a final review meeting at LNE at 36 months. Periodic reporting will be provided to EURAMET at 18 and 36 months, including a full progress report, collated JRP-Partner activity reports and full financial reporting. Reporting will be in accordance with the guidelines issued by EURAMET.

Furthermore, the mid-term review meeting in month 18 will review the direction of the project and if necessary propose technical adjustments in the light of research findings. The views of the Advisory board will also be taken into account when the JRP-Consortium decides on the direction of the project.

A final publishable report will be produced at the end of the project, which will include sections on final results, conclusions, recommendations for future metrology, impact and a plan for use and dissemination of foreground.

Dedicated website

A website dedicated to the JRP will be created for exchange of information and reports throughout the JRP and a SharePoint web site with restricted access for internal use.

Tele conferencing

Use will be made of regular telephone/video conferences to ensure quick and cost-effective exchange of information on newly obtained results and on planning and coordinating future activities.
