Work Packages

Workpackage 1: Selection, production and qualitative analysis of experimental peptide-membrane models

To identify a peptide sequence template, within which peptides can be selected for the traceable determination of structure-function relationships.

Workpackage 2: Low-resolution quantitative analysis and computational correlation of peptide structure-function relationships

To obtain a comprehensive set of data for specific interactions in peptide-membrane models selected in WP1 and to correlate the data with computational results from molecular dynamics simulations.

Workpackage 3: High-resolution quantitative analysis and correlation of native structure-function relationships

To provide high-resolution structural detail of peptide interactions in native environments including live cells.

Workpackage 4: Relationship correlation between obtained reference parameters and pathology function

To combine the measurement data obtained in WPs 1 - 3 into one reference methodology that spans low-resolution to high-resolution experimental methods and computational approaches, and convert this into a procedure.

Workpackage 5: Creating Impact
