A three year collaborative project between European National Measurement Institutes (NMIs) to develop methods of obtaining accurate time-dependent properties from visco-elastic materials.
The project will develop new test standards for determining the mechanical and deformational behaviour of viscous materials using instrumented indentation techniques.
