NPL has contributed work to the polymer sector of the UK Materials KTN as an early start to MeProVisc case study 4. This is contained in the report Nanoindentation: An Evaluation of the Effect of Ultraviolet Light on the Surface Properties of Recycled Polypropylene.
The report clearly demonstrates the usefulness of nanoindentation and later in the MeProVisc project we aim to be able to make even better indentation measurements.
