Current dielectric measurement capabilities at IJS:
Measurement of dielectric properties of ceramic samples at temperatures from room temperature up to 500 °C and at frequencies up to 1 MHz( Sample size up to 10 mm in diameter and 5 mm thick).
Measurement of dielectric properties of ceramic samples at room temperatures at frequencies up to 13 MHz (Sample size up to 10 mm in diameter and 5 mm thick).
